Job summary

We are now hiring a Security Manager who will be responsible for to support the Customer Unit (CU) UK project delivery organization in all matters relating to security. The primary requirement of this position is to handle, answer, implement, review all security work, reports and to demonstrate compliance of all project work within this key RAN roll out project.

Responsibilities

Manage the project security needs in line with customer, global and local requirements and processes and ensure that local Security implementations comply.
Act as interface between the CU and the customer
Track security clearance of personnel in UK requiring access to restricted areas, information or functions/systems in the project
Ensure deployment of security controls to meet the customer requirements. Implement & review the deployment of customer security controls across delivery organizations; Assist internal & external teams in deployment/review of security controls;
Manage security exemption/deviation requests in the delivery organizations;
Review any current local security incidents/concerns, including those handled by IT;
Coordinate the vulnerability management process and remediation effort within the project;
Follow up & closure of security projects action items with customer & internal delivery organization
Conduct security process awareness training’s & audits across the project
Collaborate closely with assigned Customer Security Director (CSD) to foresee & highlight customer security risks, issues, concerns and escalations;
Support the CU and CSD assessing the project compliance to Customer’s baseline requirements (TSRs);
Provide preparation for security related audits & assessments executed by internal and external audit parties. Coordinate the remediation effort of any identified non-conformity / observations.
Professional & Technical Proficiency

Certified ISO-27001:2013 Lead Auditor/Implementer; ITILV3 Foundation/Intermediate/Expert Certified; ISO-22301:2012/CISA/CISSP/CISM knowledge is desirable;

Education: Suitably qualified
At least 7 years of knowledge of deploying and maintaining security lifecycle in a large IT
