About Our Client: Join a well-established property management company as a Block Manager in central London,

Your Role: As a Block Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing a diverse portfolio of properties in and around the Bromley area.
Overseeing day-to-day block management duties.
Building positive relationships with residents and clients.
Responding promptly to leasehold enquiries.
Coordinating contractors and maintenance work.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Conducting regular inspections of the portfolio.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in block management or related roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of leasehold and service charge management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
