A retail refurbishment company is looking for someone with experience handling refurbishment and building projects from £75k to £1 Mil not just large project experience.
This is a “hands-on role.”

You must be able to work independently and under the pressure of tight deadlines.
You will be an effective communicator and have the ability to lead teams based in Greater London.

You will have:

Experience running large and small scale projects.
Previous experience in refurbishment/building industry
Knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents and plans.
Good facilitation and analytical skills.
Ability to deliver results on time, on budget, and to the very highest standards.
Ability to quickly gain the technical, behavioural and contextual elements of a project.

Project reporting experience
Client management experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 47,000 dependant upon expereince.
