Property Manager Greater London

Managing a predominantly residential portfolio of Assured Shorthold Tenancies plus a small number of multi let buildings, and parades of shops.

The successful candidate will be required: –

                Duties Management of the designated portfolioTo liaise with Clients and Tenants

To ensure that properties are well maintained and repairs are organised in a timely and efficient manner.

To undertake regular inspections of the properties and maintain notes.

To arrange the re-letting and renewal of tenancies.

To liaise with Tenants, Lessees and Residents associations of blocks and to attend meetings when required.

To provide information to Surveyors, Solicitors, Clients and Tenants

To ensure compliance with Health and Safety and asbestos legislation and maintain records

To enter new Agreements onto the property management system.

To assist other team members when help is required.

Requirements

Highly organised and able to work under pressureCompetent with Microsoft Office

Capable of working as part of a team as well as independently

Drivers Licence and a car

Excellent letter writing and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year
