Duties
• Procuring facilities services for property managers
• Working with the business to shape requirements and engage best of breed suppliers
• Negotiating complex commercial deals and developing innovative financial deals where appropriate
Person specification
• Passionate about providing unparalleled levels of service and convenience for customers
• Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment
• You will have experience of full life-cycle procurement – through requirements definition, RFP, commercial and legal negotiation to finalised contract
• In order to really exceed in this role you will be used to managing complex projects
• You will have strong influencing and leadership skills,
• Be results driven with a track record of achievement,
