Responsibilities and Duties

As a principle, senior or well qualified consultant you will use both and waterfall methodologies to assist organisations overcome critical challenges, often by working as part of their leadership teams to ensure culture change happens successfully and you will be rewarded over time for what you do for MCL and our clients.

You will be expected to lead engagements across multiple complex agile change and transformation projects.

Salary: £45000 – £90000 per annum
