Junior Digital Project Manager. £25,000 pa
The Company is a fast paced content agency specialising in multi-platform campaigns for radio, Spotify and digital platforms.
Based in our London office you will be working across a range of digital work,
you will work closely with both the design, development & account management teams and our clients.
The type of projects we work on are varied, working with independent UK startups through to global brands.
Key Responsibilities of the Junior Digital Project Manager:
•Provide end-to-end project management throughout the project lifecycle from initial scoping phase, through planning, estimating & budgeting, scheduling, design & development, full testing and implementation.
•Assist the Project Manager & Account Managers with scoping of digital projects, understanding creative concepts and creating accurate documentation, including creative design briefs, sitemaps and user flows.
•Supporting the production and upkeep of PM tools and documentation in support of digital projects including project schedules, resourcing plans and standard project communications tools.
•Organise QA & testing to ensure quality of delivery to clients.
•Writing internal and external periodic project / client reports.
•Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality whilst managing clients expectations.
•Build long term, quality relationships with clients at all levels.
•Interpret briefs, collate a response with the help of internal teams and present back to the client.
•To be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Deliver exceptional customer service through the efficient and accurate. turnaround of briefs and proposals.
•To talk confidently and knowledgeably about website development as a whole.
•Develop effective working relationships with the rest of the team and other internal departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.
•Work closely with our design & development teams.
•Create & maintain client-viewable project schedules.
•Manage internal schedules for our design & development teams.
•Keep internal CRM systems up to date.
•Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital and how they apply to our clients or the production process.
Requirements:
•Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and a multi tasker.
•Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and update industry knowledge.
•Great communication skills.
•Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
•Experience of managing/overseeing projects from inception through to post-campaign analysis.
•Familiar with a number of industry standard CMS.
•A basic to intermediate understanding of the technical side of web development.

Qualifications/experience:
1-2 years of experience in a digital account executive / digital project management capacity.
•Experience of delivering cross-platform campaigns across desktop, tablet and mobile.
•An understanding of digital design processes.

•Knowledge and/or experience in using APIs/API Integration.
•An awareness of UX methodologies.
