Housing  Project Manager duties:

This is an exciting new programme that aims to transform our clients communities.
It will focus on increasing positive pathways for young people; improving health and wellbeing of older and vulnerable residents; raising profile and influencing policy.

Essential skills and requirements:

You will develop and co-create projects that respond to community and business imperatives and in line with the community investment strategy.

You will bring extensive experience of developing partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders and the ability to work collaboratively at all levels.
You will have excellent analytical and communication skills to engage and influence senior decision makers both internally and externally.

You will have a proven track record in:

* Project development

* Establish and managing strong relationships

* Project management and budget management

* Profile raising/communication and PR activities

* Gathering, analysing and using data

* An understanding of programmes relating to young people or aging/vulnerable groups is essential.

35 hours Monday to Friday
