UK SUPERVISOR, Corporate due diligence, UK & Africa £30,000

Senior oversight and quality‑control authority

Purpose of the Role

To oversee all verification and compliance operations across all BSUK countries, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and adherence to UK standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue all case numbers
• Review and approve all verification reports
• Provide final sign‑off for compliance assessments
• Supervise Case Managers, Compliance Officers, and Field Officers
• Ensure all work meets BSUK and UK standards
• Maintain zero‑tolerance anti‑corruption enforcement
• Provide training and guidance to all staff
• Escalate high‑risk cases to the CEO
• Ensure consistency across all seven (soon twelve) countries

Reporting Line

Reports to: CEO, Business Services UK Group

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and oversight ability
• Deep understanding of verification and due diligence
• Excellent analytical and report‑review skills
• High ethical standards
• Ability to enforce compliance protocols

Performance Indicators

• Quality of final reports
• Operational consistency across countries
• Compliance with UK supervision standards
• Reduction of operational errors
